With a strong commitment to integrity and service, Oakes operates as a fiduciary for his clients — always putting their best interests first and ensuring they receive guidance aligned with their long-term financial goals.

Originally from Arkansas, Oakes has also lived in California and Arizona, giving him a broad perspective and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. He has proudly called St. Louis home since 1989 and values being deeply rooted in the community he serves.

Throughout his career, Oakes has built a reputation for professionalism, accountability, and delivering a smooth mortgage experience from application to closing. In his free time, Oakes enjoys traveling with his wife and following Arkansas Razorbacks and Missouri Tigers football and basketball — bringing the same passion and loyalty to his teams that he brings to serving his clients.
