Kevin Terrell - Loan Officer

Kevin has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and over that time has helped countless clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. His attention to detail and communication are key attributes that help ensure your mortgage experience is going to be a smooth one. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a veteran of the home buying process he will talk to you about your goals, assess your borrowing ability and present you with options that best suit your needs. His motivation is to provide every client with an experience that makes them feel like they have “a guy” in the mortgage business that they are comfortable, and excited about, referring to their family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

Kevin grew up in the St. Louis area where he graduated from Pattonville High School and earned a Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University. He currently resides in O’Fallon, MO with his wife Dionne and their 4 children. He has been active in coaching youth sports for the past 16 years and likes to spend his free time with family and friends.
