Steve joined the team at Victory Mortgage, LLC in November of 2004. He was President
and owner of his own mortgage company from October 1998 until accepting his current
position with Victory Mortgage. He began in the industry in 1993 as a Loan Officer,
where he worked his way to the position of General Manager before starting his own
company.
Although born in Middletown Ohio, he spent most of his life in eastern Kentucky.
He attended Breathitt County High School and graduated college in 1987 from Morehead
State University where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and
Tight End for Morehead State's football team.
Steve relocated to the Cincinnati area after college and worked in related financial
fields before beginning his career in the mortgage industry in 1993. He is happily
married and has two wonderful children.

Bob moved to Milford in 1974. After high school, he attended the University of Cincinnati
where he received his Associates Degree in Business Administration.
His first five years after college, he spent as a journeyman lineman working with
various power companies. This enabled him to work at various locations along the
Gulf Coast. After his time as a lineman, he moved into the automobile industry where
he spent the next eighteen years. Since much of his time was spent caring for the
financial side of business, it made for an easy transition into the mortgage profession
in 1998.
Bob is very active in the Milford, Ohio community, including coaching youth sports
for over 20 years. Currently he serves as President for the Milford Youth Baseball
Association. He has been married for over 14 years and has one son.
